On Monday, our team will delve deeply into the core of your business during our design workshop, pinpointing any challenging areas. By day's end, we will have a well-defined user flow ready for user testing on Thursday. Additionally, we'll create a storyboard to outline the content for the interactive prototype.

With al insights gathered during the workshop and internal meetings on Day 1, we’ll work on the prototype from starting on Tuesday. We aim to present a first initial concept by the end of the day. During this check-in, there will be room for feedback so we can make modifications where needed.

After the check-in on Tuesday, our dedicated team will process any given feedback and keep working on the Figma Prototype for a full day. This internal sprint allows us to take big steps toward the user testing and the next check-in on Thursday.

On Thursday we’ll put what we have so far to the test with our user testing network. The results will be analysed an processed as far as possible before Friday’s presentation. During the check-in at the end of the day we will discuss the insights as well as the current state of the prototype in to depth.

On Friday we’ll finalise the prototype as much as possible so it’s read to be presented to the decision makers of your organisation. The 45 minute meeting will take place in the early afternoon. During the meeting you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback that we’ll include during the preparation of the next sprint.
