What is a software engineer?
A software engineer is involved in the entire development process of an application.
Like a software developer, as an engineer, I am involved in writing code, but that's not where it ends for an engineer.
In fact, I am involved in the rest of the development process.
This includes:
- Studying the interests of the client and target audience
- Converting them into an idea
- Implementing and developing this idea
- Testing the software
- Providing the appropriate documentation for the client, developers who will further develop it, and of course, for those who will use the product
- Keeping the software up-to-date

Working as a software engineer
For a software engineer, it's all about the big picture to achieve the best result.
"Software must do exactly what it's written for, otherwise it's like shoes that give you blisters. You can live with it for a while, but it's still terrible."
Software must do exactly what it's written for, otherwise it's like shoes that give you blisters. You can live with it for a while, but it's still terrible. Even if you want to do other or new things, the software will be adapted or supplemented accordingly. It's like buying sports shoes in addition to your everyday shoes, but instead of going to the shoe store, you turn to the software engineer.
